Ashcroft Still doesn't get it

Apparently, someone needs to explain what checks and balances are and how they work to Ashcroft. He's now saying judges are threatening "national security" by contradicting Bush. Gee, haven't we heard this somewhere before? Oh yeah, the last year of campaigns! Apparently, if you disagree with Bush et. al. you are a threat to national security.
