Best of luck with your shoulder. I just wanted to let you know that your blog is very interesting. I want to recommend a book to you called "Radical Simplicity," by Dan Price. His memoir deals a lot with living simply in a complicated world as well as the importance of connecting with nature and the environment. I thought you may find it intriguing. Take care.
